How it Works

We’re here to support your journey toward better health, grounded in the belief that exercise is medicine for both body and mind.

Ready to begin? Let’s take the guesswork out of it with a complimentary pre-assessment call.

Complimentary Pre-Assessment Call

A relaxed 15-minute in person or video chat where you can tell me what has baeen going on. This may include pelvic floor symptoms, lower back pain, aches after having a baby, menopause changes, or simply feeling unsure where to start. You do not need to have all the answers. I will ask a few simple questions, help you understand your options, and guide you toward the right next step. No pressure. Just support and clarity.

Initial Assessment

Your initial assessment gives us a complete picture of you. We will talk through your health history, lifestyle, symptoms, and goals, then complete gentle movement testing to understand what your body needs right now. This is especially helpful if you are experiencing:
  • Pregnancy or postnatal pain, weakness, or recovery concerns
  • Pelvic floor symptoms such as leaking, heaviness, or pain
  • Lower back pain, hip pain, or recurring injuries
  • Menopause-related changes in strength, energy, or stiffness
  • Osteoporosis risk and wanting to exercise safely
  • Diabetes and wanting to improve strength, fitness, and blood sugar control
Most importantly, you will leave knowing what is happening, why it is happening, and what we can do about it.

Personalised Exercise Prescription

After your assessment, you will receive a clinically informed, personalised exercise program designed around your body, symptoms, and goals. This is not a one-size-fits-all workout. Your program is designed to help you feel stronger and more confident without doing too much too soon. Depending on your needs, the focus may include:

  • Rebuilding core and pelvic floor connection
Supporting posture and lower back health
  • Improving mobility and strength safely
  • Increasing muscle and bone strength, particularly during menopause or with osteoporosis
  • Building fitness in a way that supports blood sugar control
  • Easing pain and reducing flare-ups

Ongoing Supervision and Support

With ongoing sessions, you receive professional supervision so you are never left guessing whether you are doing the right thing. You will not be pushed to work through symptoms. Your program is adjusted as your body needs. Support includes:

  • Technique and form coaching
  • Safe progressions and modifications
  • Reassurance when symptoms change accountability that fits your routine
  • Adjustments during pregnancy, postnatal recovery, flare-ups, or busy seasons
  • Sessions can be delivered through Exercise Physiology, Reformer Pilates, or Telehealth, depending on what works best for you.

Progress Review/ Reassessment

As your body changes, your program should change too. Regular progress reviews allow us to track improvements, update your exercises, and ensure you continue moving forward safely. This is particularly important during pregnancy, after birth, while managing pelvic floor symptoms, recovering from injury, or navigating menopause and bone health.

This is how we turn short-term support into long-term strength, confidence, and independence.
